Heat a Tawa, flat griddle, or frying pan (skillet) until hot.
Add the tofu and paneer cubes and cook for about 7 minutes, or until golden brown on all sides. Make sure they do not burn.
Heat the oil in a broad, shallow pan, add the red chillies, green chillies, carrots, broccoli or cauliflower, ground spices, tofu, paneer and the tomato or red pepper and stir-fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes. Toss the vegetables to combine.
Season with salt, then sprinkle lemon juice over the top and serve hot.
