Instructions
Rinse the raisins in a bowl of water, then drain.
Cook the grated bottle gourd in a pan of boiling water for about 5 minutes, or until soft.
Drain and pat dry with kitchen paper (paper towels).
Then grate again and squeeze it lightly to remove excess water.
Put the yoghurt in a large bowl.
Add the grated bottle gourd, raisins and the rest of the ingredients.
Mix together.
Chill for 1 hour before serving.
