Button (white) mushrooms
(3 cups), sliced

Instructions
Beat the yoghurt with the ground spices in a bowl.
Set aside.
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan (skillet).
Add the mushrooms.
Stir-fry over a low heat for about 10 minutes, or until cooked.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
When the mushrooms are cool, pour in the spiced beaten yogurt.
Mix well.
Season with salt and then garnish with the chillies.
