  • Heat the oil in a frying pan (skillet).
  • Fry all the ingredients lightly, except the salt, individually.
  • Transfer them to mortar and pound with a pestle.
  • Alternatively, grind in a spice grinder, season with salt and process to make a coarse powder.
  • Sieve (strain).
  • Store in an airtight container.
