Ingredients
- 1 Ginger 1 x 10-cm / 4-inch, fresh and Peeled
- 1 Garlic clove of
- 2 teaspoons Turmeric Ground
- 10-15 Red chilies Dried
- 2 teaspoons Cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
- 1 Cinnamon stick about 5cm / 2-inches long
- 6-7 Cloves
- 5-6 White Cardamom pods seeds only
- 8-10 Black Peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon Poppy seeds
- 3 teaspoons Salt
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a mortar and pound with a pestle.
- Alternatively, grind in a spice grinder, to make a fine powder.
- Store in an airtight glass jar for up to 5-6 days, and longer in the refrigerator.
