Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 500 g Wax gourd peeled and cut into rounds
- 2-3 Green chillies slit in half lengthways and de-seeded
- Salt
Instructions
- Heat the ghee in a large, heavy-based pan over medium heat, add the cumin seeds, and stir-fry for about 1 minute, or until they start to splutter.
- Add the wax gourd and green chillies, then season with salt, reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for about 20 minutes, or until all the moisture has evaporated. Do not add any water.
