Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons Malt (white) vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 4 tablespoons Carrot sliced
- 4 tablespoons Cucumber thin strips
- 65 g Cauliflower (½ cup), small, cut into florets
- 1/2 Garlic 3 large flakes garlic or ½ clove garlic, sliced
- 1 Onion cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Bring 250ml / 8fl oz (1 cup) water to the boil with vinegar, salt and sugar in a large pan.
- Then remove from the heat.
- Add all the vegetables and olive oil, then mix and season to taste.
- Set aside for about 2 hours.
- Then transfer to sterilized jars.
