Seb ki Chutney

Ingredients
- 6 Green Apples peeled and cut into cubes
- 2 teaspoons Ginger sliced
- 2 tablespoons Raisins
- 6 Cloves
- 125 ml Malt (white) vinegar (1/2 cup)
- 250 g Sugar (1¼ cups)
- 12 Garlic cloves of
- Salt
Instructions
- Put the apples together with all the other ingredients in a large, heavy-based pan.
- Cook over medium heat for about 1 hour, or until the water is absorbed and the apple chutney thickens
- Allow to cool completely.
- Store in sterilized bottles or jars.
