Sarson ki Chutney

Ingredients
- 80 g Mustard powder (1 cup)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons Malt (white) vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric ground
- 2 teaspoons Vegetable oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients, except the oil, together in a large bowl.
- Season with salt.
- Gradually add the oil to the mixture, whisking all the time until combined.
- This chutney should be consumed on the day it is made.
