Pudine ki Chutney

Ingredients
- 16 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 10 Green chilies de-seeded (optional) and roughly chopped
- 1 Coriander (Cilantro) leaves Large bunch
- 5 Mint leaves Large bunch
- 125 ml Tamarind extract (1/2 cup)
- Salt
Instructions
- Put the garlic, green chillies, coriander, mint leaves in a blender.
- Process until ground.
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Add the tamarind extract and mix together.
- Season with salt.
- The amount of chillies and salt can be increased or decreased to taste.
- The chutney should be consumed on the day it is made.
