- 140 g Cashew nuts (1 cup)
Instructions
- Soak the cashew nuts in a bowl of water for 30 minutes.
- Then drain and break into pieces.
- Put the cashew nuts in a blender.
- Add 2 teaspoons of water and process to make a smooth paste.
- Transfer to a container.
- Chill in the refrigerator.
- This paste can be stored for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
