Phalon ki Chaat

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Cumin seeds
- 2 Apples peeled, cored, and cut into cubes
- 2 Guavas peeled and cut into cubes
- 3 Oranges peeled and cut into segments
- 3 Bananas peeled and sliced
- 150 g seedless green grapes (1 cup)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Amchoor
- 1/2 teaspoon Black rock salt
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper ground
- 1 teaspoon Mint ground dried
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Instructions
- Put the cumin seeds into a dry frying pan (skillet) and fry over high heat for 30 seconds, or until browned and fragrant. Be careful not to burn them.
- Remove from the heat, transfer to a spice grinder or mortar, and process or pound with a pestle until ground.
- Put all the fruits together in a glass bowl and mix with a salad fork and spoon. Add all the remaining ingredients including the roasted ground cumin and mix well.
- Chill a little before serving.
