Pata Bhaja

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons (All-purpose) flour plain
- 250 ml Mustard oil (1 cup)
- 12 Spinach leaves large single
Instructions
- Put the flour, salt and a few drops of mustard oil in a bowl.
- Mix in just enough water to form a thin batter.
- Heat the remaining mustard oil in kadhai or wok until smoking.
- Then reduce the heat.
- Dip each spinach leaf in the batter.
- Fry individually until crisp and golden.
- Remove with a slotted spoon.
- Drain on kitchen paper (paper towels).
