Nariyal ki Chutney

Ingredients
- 1/2 Coconut Peeled and finely grated
- 6 Green chilies Roughly chopped
- 1 Coriander (Cilantro) leaves bunch
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- Asafoetida Pinch of, (optional)
- 1 Lime Juice of
- Salt
Instructions
- Keep a spoonful of the grated coconut aside for the garnish.
- Then put the rest in a blender or food processor with the remaining ingredients, except the lime juice.
- Season with salt.
- Process, adding a little water if necessary to make a paste.
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Mix in the lime juice and garnish with reserved grated coconut.
- This chutney should be consumed on the day it is made.
