Ingredients
- 250 ml Natural (plain) yoghurt (1 cup)
- 1 teaspoon Cumin ground
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
- Turmeric Pinch of ground
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 200 g Button (white) mushrooms (3 cups), sliced
- 2 Green chilies slit lengthwise
- Salt
Instructions
- Beat the yoghurt with the ground spices in a bowl.
- Set aside.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan (skillet).
- Add the mushrooms.
- Stir-fry over a low heat for about 10 minutes, or until cooked.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
- When the mushrooms are cool, pour in the spiced beaten yogurt.
- Mix well.
- Season with salt and then garnish with the chillies.
