- 50 g Tamarind
Instructions
- Put the tamarind in a bowl.
- Add 4 tablespoons of lukewarm water and soak for 30 minutes.
- Press through a sieve (strainer) into a bowl.
- Discard the residue.
- Tamarind extract should be made as needed, it does not store.
