  • Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan (skillet), add the tomato, and fry for about 5 minutes, or until most of the moisture has evaporated.
  • Add the onion together with the ground spices, then season with salt and stir-fry for a further 1 minute.
  • Add the mushrooms and continue to cook over high heat, stirring briskly, for 1-2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the chopped (bell) pepper over the top, then remove from the heat and spread the mixture evenly on the kulcha.
  • Slice like a regular pizza and serve with a choice of chutney or pickle.
