  • Beat the yoghurt with the ground spices in a bowl.
  • Set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan (skillet).
  • Add the mushrooms.
  • Stir-fry over a low heat for about 10 minutes, or until cooked.
  • Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  • When the mushrooms are cool, pour in the spiced beaten yogurt.
  • Mix well.
  • Season with salt and then garnish with the chillies.
