Ingredients
- 500 ml Natural (plain) yoghurt (2¼ cups)
- 115 g Mung bean sprouts (1 cup)
- 1 Green chili de-seeded and chopped
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds roasted
- Salt
- Coriander (Cilantro) leaves, Few, chopped, to garnish
Instructions
- Whisk the yoghurt in a large bowl.
- Add the sprouts and all the other ingredients, then season with salt.
- Mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
