Ingredients
- 100 g Marsh Melon seeds
- 3-4 Boora or caster (superfine) sugar heaped (heaping) tablespoons
Instructions
- Dry-roast the melon seeds in a kadhai or wok for about 2 minutes.
- Add the boora or sugar, then sprinkle in 125ml / 4 1/2fl oz (1/2 cup) of water with your fingers and stir until the seeds are coated with the sugar. Transfer to a plate and allow to cool.
- Store the sugared seeds in an airtight container.
