Paneer Jhaal Frazie

Ingredients
- 100 g Tofu cut into medium-sized cubes
- 100 g Paneer cut into medium-sized cubes
- 1-2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 Red chilies dried
- 2 Green chilies slit lengthways and de-seeded
- 2 Carrots small, cut into small pieces
- 1 Broccoli or Cauliflower Small head, cut into florets
- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander ground
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin ground
- 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric ground
- 1 Tomato or Red (bell) pepper large, de-seeded and cut into slices
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- Salt
Instructions
- Heat a Tawa, flat griddle, or frying pan (skillet) until hot.
- Add the tofu and paneer cubes and cook for about 7 minutes, or until golden brown on all sides. Make sure they do not burn.
- Heat the oil in a broad, shallow pan, add the red chillies, green chillies, carrots, broccoli or cauliflower, ground spices, tofu, paneer and the tomato or red pepper and stir-fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes. Toss the vegetables to combine.
- Season with salt, then sprinkle lemon juice over the top and serve hot.
