Meetha Nimboo ka Achar

Ingredients
- 12 Limes
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric ground
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 6 tablespoons Jaggery or soft brown sugar
- Salt
Instructions
- Cut the limes into 8 pieces each and put them in a large glass sterilized jar.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients together in a large bowl and season with salt.
- Pour over the limes, shake the jar and mix well.
- Tie a muslin cloth (cheesecloth) on top of the jar and keep the jar on the window in the kitchen.
- It will be ready to eat in 15 days. Shake it daily.
