- Mortar and Pestle
- Spice Grinder
- Strainer
- Airtight Container
Ingredients
- 200 g Cumin Seeds (2 cup)
- 75 g Coriander Seeds (1 cup)
- 45 g Black Cardamom Pods (1/2 cup)
- 45 g Black Peppercorns (1/2 cup)
- 40 g Green Cardamom Pods (1/2)
- 40 g Ground Ginger (1/2 cup)
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in the mortar and pound with a pestle.
- Alternatively, grind in a spice grinder, to make a fine powder.
- Sieve (strain) and store in a sterilized dry and airtight container.
